What the app does
- Creates a Zoom meeting when a contact books a time on your StrikeDrive booking page.
- Creates a Zoom meeting for a webinar you set up in StrikeDrive.
- Deletes the Zoom meeting if the booking is cancelled or moved to a new time.
- Marks a person as attended when they join one of these meetings or webinars.
StrikeDrive does not record your meetings and does not read your meeting chat or content.
1. Add the app (connect Zoom)
- Sign in to StrikeDrive and open Integrations.
- Find Zoom and click Connect.
- Sign in to Zoom if asked, then click Allow.
- You are sent back to StrikeDrive. Zoom now shows as Connected.
Only an admin of your StrikeDrive workspace can connect or disconnect Zoom.
2. Use the app
For bookings
- Open a booking page in StrikeDrive.
- In the meeting settings, choose Zoom (made for each booking).
- When someone books, they get an email with their Zoom join link.
For webinars
- Open Webinars and create a new webinar.
- Choose Zoom (auto-create the meeting) as the platform.
- After the webinar, people who joined are marked as attended.
3. Remove the app (disconnect Zoom)
You can remove access in either place:
- In StrikeDrive: open Integrations, find Zoom and click Disconnect. We delete the saved Zoom connection and tell Zoom to cancel our access.
- In Zoom: open the Zoom App Marketplace, go to Manage, then Added Apps, and remove StrikeDrive. StrikeDrive is told straight away and deletes the saved connection.
Meetings already made stay in your Zoom account. New bookings will no longer get a Zoom link until you connect again.
What we store
Your Zoom account name and email, the ID and join link of meetings StrikeDrive creates, and whether a person attended. See our Privacy Policy for details.
