2. Description of Service

Strikedrive is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that enables businesses to manage leads, contacts, deals, invoices, tasks, and integrations with third-party tools including Meta Ads and WhatsApp Business. Features and pricing plans are described on our website and may change over time.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Workspaces and Users

The workspace owner is responsible for managing team members, assigning roles, and ensuring that all users within the workspace comply with these Terms. Each workspace operates as an isolated environment. Data within a workspace is accessible only to authorized members of that workspace.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or systems
• Use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Send unsolicited commercial messages or violate anti-spam laws
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

6. Subscription and Payment

• Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing is listed on our website.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.

7. Free Plan

10. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp). Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Strikedrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or inactivity. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, after which it cannot be recovered.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
