- Integration Data: Data from connected third-party services such as Meta Ads and WhatsApp Business.

- Create and manage your workspace and user accounts
- Process transactions and send billing-related communications

- Send transactional emails (password resets, notifications, alerts)

- Detect, prevent, and address fraud or security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations

While we take every reasonable precaution, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
8. Third-Party Integrations
StrikeDrive integrates with third-party services including Meta (Facebook/WhatsApp), LinkedIn, Resend, and others. When you connect these services, their respective privacy policies also apply. We recommend reviewing their policies independently.
Google. If you connect Google services to StrikeDrive, such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Ads or Google Sheets, we access, with your permission, only the information needed to provide that feature inside your own workspace. For example, we read and send email through your Gmail, check your busy times and add meetings in your Google Calendar, send conversion results to your Google Ads account, and read the leads in the Google Sheets you choose. We do not sell this data, share it with other customers, or use it for our own advertising. StrikeDrive's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google at any time in Settings, Integrations, which stops syncing and deletes the stored access token. You can ask us to delete your data at contact@strikedrive.com.
LinkedIn. If you connect LinkedIn Ads to StrikeDrive, we access, with your permission, the lead gen forms, lead responses and advertising reports of the LinkedIn ad accounts and Pages you administer. We use this data only to show and manage your leads and campaign results inside your own workspace and, if you choose, to send conversion events back to your LinkedIn ad account. We do not sell this data, share it with other customers, or use it for our own advertising. You can disconnect LinkedIn at any time in Settings, Integrations, which stops syncing and deletes the stored access token. You can ask us to delete your data at contact@strikedrive.com. LinkedIn's use of information is described in LinkedIn's Privacy Policy.
Zoom. If you connect Zoom to StrikeDrive, we access, with your permission, your Zoom account name and email, and we create and delete Zoom meetings for the bookings and webinars you set up. When someone joins one of those meetings or webinars, Zoom tells us, and we record that the person attended. We store your Zoom account name and email, the access token Zoom gives us, the ID and join link of each meeting we create, and who attended. We do not record meetings and we do not read meeting chat or content. We do not sell this data, share it with other customers, or use it for our own advertising. You can disconnect Zoom at any time in Integrations, or remove the app inside Zoom. Either way we delete the stored connection and token. 9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
- Receive a portable copy of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

10. Children's Privacy
StrikeDrive is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
